What people are saying

“I've really been enjoying the course. It is very easy to follow and personally, I prefer learning in the video, lecture-ish format; it works for me. ”

Veronica B.

“I started consciously breathing into my back to relieve discomfort in my lower back when lifting. It has been a great tool.”

June M.

“I've learned more from you than from any professional certification I've EVER taken.”

Nicole R.

“I wish I had access to an expert like Dr. Bernard 20 years ago. He has helped me make SIGNIFICANT improvements to some breathing and moving patterns that were causing me discomfort.”

Mel B.

“I found your videos very easy to understand, you’ve simplified (probably) very complicated functions to a level where I could easily understand and envision how the spine works and why the exercises are helpful. ”

Noe C.

“Love, love, love the explanation of breath... with the ‘belly button in’ or ‘belly in, back and up’ cues my front ribs flared to make space for breath in the rib cage. Then I’d be told to take my ribs in and there’d be no space for breath with my diaphragm locked down. Vicious cycle- obviously. Thanks for the freedom there!!”
